We ask that you don't do anything that would damage, disable, or impair the site, or use it in any way that's illegal or harmful. Don't try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, and don't use automated tools to scrape or copy our content without permission.

Our Services

This includes custom website design and development, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising management, and AI-powered tools like roofing estimate calculators. Pricing

Pricing for our services is listed on our website for transparency, but is subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect existing agreements already in place. The price you agree to in your service agreement is the price you pay for the term of that agreement.

14-Day Launch Guarantee

We guarantee your website will be live within 14 days of receiving all required materials from you (content, branding assets, login credentials, etc.). The clock starts when we have everything we need, not when you sign up. If we miss the 14-day window due to delays on our end, we'll make it right. Delays caused by late materials, slow feedback, or third-party issues (domain registrars, hosting providers, etc.) are not covered by this guarantee.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 60 days of your website going live, you can request a full refund. We'll ask for feedback so we can improve, but we won't make you jump through hoops. To request a refund, email us at info@elevatedroofmarketing.com within the 60-day window. Refunds apply to the initial setup and first month's service fees. Any third-party costs (domain registration, stock photos, paid ad spend) are non-refundable as those are paid to other companies, not us.

Intellectual Property

Here's how ownership works: We retain all rights to website code, design templates, custom tools, and marketing assets we create until your account is paid in full and in good standing. Once fully paid, you own the content we create specifically for your business (copy, images purchased on your behalf, etc.). We retain the right to use our proprietary frameworks, code libraries, and tools across multiple clients. We may also showcase your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

If your account falls behind on payments, we reserve the right to suspend services and restrict access to deliverables until the balance is resolved.

Your Responsibilities

To get the best results from our services, you agree to provide accurate business information, respond to our requests for materials and feedback in a timely manner, and not use our services for anything illegal or deceptive. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide to us (business details, licensing info, service descriptions, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver results, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue increases. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and how quickly you respond to leads.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevated Roof Marketing's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Termination

Either party can end a service agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in your individual agreement. If you cancel, you're responsible for payment through the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that's harmful to our business or other clients.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
